Mitch is King!
Seymour, WI - Mitch McGrath made it two DiscountShopTowels.com Dirt Kings Late Model Tour wins in a row, with a win in the final round of the Seubert Summer Series Triple Crown at Outagamie Speedway. McGrath passed Taylor Scheffler coming out of turn two for the lead and was crowned King in the Mueller's Sales and Service Victory Lane, after leading the final 14 laps. Scheffler and Turk Letizia led the field to the green flag with Scheffler taking the early lead. Letizia used the outside lane to take the lead from Scheffler on lap seven while McGrath was in third spot followed by Troy Springborn and Justin Ritchie. Scheffler regained the lead a couple laps later and Letizia held second position for two laps until McGrath moved to second. With no cautions to slow the race, McGrath finished 2.6 seconds ahead of Scheffler followed by Ritchie, Ron Berna and Springborn.
