Nick Anvelink wins #round12 of the DiscountShopTowels.com Dirt Kings Late Model Tour at 141 Speedway. In addition to winning the race, Anvelink was also crowned the 2017 Champion.
Anvelink started the 30-lap A-Main outside row 1, with Brett Swedberg on the Pole. Anvelink was challenged for the lead by Swedberg on several occasions, but he held on to lead every lap.
Swedberg finished second, followed by Ron Berna, Joel Bennett, and Jared Siefert.
In the Championship Battle, Berna moves to 2nd in the point standings as a broken rocker arm ended the night early for Justin Hirt, who drops to 3rd. Swedberg finishes 4th, with Jared Siefert in 5th.
