Mike is King!
Sturgeon Bay, WI – Mike Mullen was crowed King of the WABAM Dirt Kings Late Model Tour King of the Fair at The Hill Raceway. Seubert Calf Ranches sponsored the King of the Fair making it a $5000 payday for Mullen. Mullen was the Ken’s Sports Inc. Pole Sitter for the King of the Fair, after picking the lowest number in the re-draw. Mullen led all 50 laps, but he was challenged by Joel Benett, Nick Anvelink and Taylor Scheffler.

Mullen had pulled away to a 1.901 second lead over the second place car when he started to approach the tail end of the field. Caution slowed the field a few times, with the same result, as Mullen pulled away from the second place and continued to pace the field.

Mullen went on to win his 8th WABAM Dirt Kings Late Model Tour race, 1.154 seconds ahead of Bennett. Anvelink was third followed by Sam Mars and Tim Isenberg.
