Jake Timm Set for Dirt Kings Tour Diamond 48 at 141 Speedway

(Maribel, WI) - Winona, Minnesota native Jake Timm is set to compete in the WABAM Dirt Kings Tour Diamond 48 this Saturday night, May 30, at 141 Speedway. Timm enters the event as a four time winner with the Dirt Kings Tour, all coming at Mississippi Thunder Speedway. Timm has also built an impressive resume with the United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS), where he owns 12 career victories. He enters Saturday’s Diamond 48 with momentum on his side after picking up a USMTS victory Monday night at Hancock County Speedway.

Former winners of the Diamond at 141 Speedway include a strong lineup of Wisconsin Dirt Late Model talent. Jared Siefert captured The Diamond 40 before Justin Ritchie won The Diamond 41, Jesse Glenz claimed The Diamond 42, and Taylor Scheffler scored the victory in The Diamond 43. The Diamond 44 was rained out before Nick Anvelink returned to victory lane in The Diamond 45. Jayden Schmidt won The Diamond 46, while Brett Swedberg captured last season’s Diamond 47.

This year’s Diamond 48 will once again feature a healthy purse with $4,800 going to the winner and $480 guaranteed to start the 48 Lap A-Main.

In addition to the WABAM Dirt Kings Tour Late Models, fans will also see the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Mods, IMCA Stock Cars, Street Stocks, Grand Nationals, and Mighty 4’s all in action. Pit gates, fan gates, and the Left Turn Lounge will open at 3:00 p.m., with racing scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. Admission prices are $22 for adults,  $20 for seniors ages 55+ and students ages 11-17, while children 10 and under are admitted free.
